MSA Banner Request Form

This form is to be used by registered student organizations who wish to utilize the front porch of the Black House or the Multicultural Center to advertise events and share announcements. Banner requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance, and are subject to review. Completing this form does not serve as an official reservation, this form is simply a request.
