At this time, due to staffing shortages, our ability to rent equipment is very limited. It may take up to 5 business days for us to respond. Requests submitted less than 10 business days in advance will not be able to be accommodated.
All rentals are self service - No delivery, setup, or operation is provided at this time.

Organization or department must supply Norris Tech Services with a valid chart string account number.

A chartstring is required for the rental of equipment, and any event outside of Norris. Student Organizations must have an active SOFO account. Quotes and reservations cannot be processed without this information.

We will determine what size speakers you may need for your event. Please let us know how many people will be attending. (best estimate) Anything over 300 audience members (indoors) or 200 (outdoors) will require an outside vendor to provide services.
