Welcome! We are pleased that you are interested in learning more about our student staff positions offered by Residential Services. Our Residential Ops & Services team offers two customer service focused positions to both undergraduate and graduate students. Each position offers a unique experience into the residential experience on campus and the opportunity to serve your fellow students. The two positions we offer are Desk Assistant (DA) and HOME Line Assistant (HLA).
