NOTE: Parking requests for the Fall Quarter will be processed in mid-August. You will not receive confirmation of parking until that time.

Terms & Conditions
Once you elect to purchase parking, the parking is valid through the end of your housing contract and you will be charged accordingly. We do not provide temporary, month-to-month, or quarterly parking in the Engelhart Hall or McManus Center garages.
Exceptions
- If a resident’s contract is terminated prior to the June 14 end date, parking will end upon the contract’s end date.
- If a resident sells their vehicle, parking will end once the vehicle has been removed from the garage. The resident must provide a copy of the bill of sale.

The terms and conditions of all parking contracts extend through June 14 of the academic year. Should a resident reside in housing beyond this date, they must reapply for parking.
I agree that any damage or loss that may occur to my vehicle or its contents while in the parking garage is my sole responsibility. I further understand and agree that the University cannot and does not assume responsibility for any such property damage to my vehicle, theft of the vehicle, or any part of the vehicle, or loss of personal articles from the vehicle.

I understand and agree that any vehicle remaining in a parking space for which payment has not been made will be subject to towing at the expense of the vehicle's owner. I further understand and agree that (a) any vehicle remaining 30 days after the termination of the parking plan, will incur storage charges and (b) any vehicle remaining 90 days after the termination of a parking plan will be deemed abandoned, in such event, the vehicle's owner forfeits all claims and surrenders title to the vehicle.
