Norris supervisors should fill out this form after the candidate accepts the offer. It is used to direct hires to their hiring paperwork and notify the Norris Payroll Specialist of all hires and promotions.

*Promotion should only be chosen for employees promoted mid-year. Choose returning employee for all employees promoted before the summer during the Leadership Search.

*Summer Employees are a separate category: All employees working in the summer will need this form filled out, and all summer employees continuing into the Fall will need this form filled out.
