Please fill out the below form to submit a request after you have reviewed the Space Reservation Policy on our website. Requests must be made 2 business days before the requested day. WE WILL NOT APPROVE SAME DAY REQUESTS.

If your event is for a Kellogg club or organization, we will need to get clearance from the Kellogg Club Coordinator prior to confirming your reservation. You will receive a response to your submission within two business days.
