Social Justice: The student/group creates a Northwestern community that facilitates full and equal access to co-curricular opportunities outside the classroom by develop programming with a social justice lens, and/or infusing social justice elements in program design.
Innovation: The student/group looks for creative and sustainable approaches to enhance their work, demonstrate creative thinking in how they approach challenges.
Collaboration: The student/group partners with other student groups and other members of the university community such as faculty, staff, alumni, and community members in a collegial manner that is consistently professional, respectful, and empathic.
